We did these pictures in honor of Jenna’s birthday! After snap snappin’ some nicely posed portraits for the frames in mom’s office, we moved on to capturing these feeling filled pictures with a mood to match the moody blue sky above us. Like that kind of cloudy sky that seems like it could break out into sunshine OR a thunderstorm at any second. Loved every second of it!

We were too late in the season to shoot at an actual sunflower field/farm, but a random undeveloped nook around the corner from home did just the trick! Are these actually sunflowers? I don’t actually know. I just know there was a whole lotta yellow going on and it was exactly right.
