WIN FREE PICTURES 2019 | best halloween costume contest!!!

I love Halloween, because I love costumes. I’m not a big party person and I’m too old to go trick or treating. So what’s the point of dressing up? Well, it’s for the pictures.

So I’m offering the same thing for you! Don’t just snap a quick selfie in front of the garage before heading out for the night! Don’t use your CELL PHONE CAMERA FLASH to illuminate the costumes you worked so hard! Let me do it. Let me take the picture.

If you're planning an amazing COUPLES or FAMILY costume, you can win a HALLOWEEN PHOTOSHOOT! Tell me your costume plans in a comment, message, or email! I'll choose ONE FAVE and coordinate with the winner to photograph you guys in your costumes in the Minneapolis area the week before Halloween!!!!!!! IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR. 👻🦄👻🦄👻🦄👻

HERE’S THE DEETS!

FREE PICTURES TO THE BEST HALLOWEEN COSTUME!

Are you in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area with a RAD family costume planned?! MESSAGE or EMAIL ME if you’re a FAMILY or COUPLE with a themed group of costumes!!! I’m going to choose my most favorite one and do a ONE-HOUR FREE PHOTO SHOOT of you guys in your costumes the weekend before Halloween!

Scroll through to see last year’s winner! Actually one of TWO winners of the costume contest because how could I ever pass this or THIS up. Neglecting an opportunity to give free pictures to a family in BONNETS and PETTICOATS and a PA in SUSPENDERS. I could ~never~ do that to the Ingalls family.

When someone suggests that we do their pictures in their own yard, my first though is, “Wonderful! How meaningful!” and my second thought is “I sure hope there’s some decent light”. Some yards sit in full sun, some are covered in trees and have no sunlight at all, sometimes the only adequate light means shooting in the weird garage corner rather than the actual pretty views they were hoping you’d capture. Luckily, those scenarios did not come to light (FUNNY) here and we had wonderful spots for pictures all around the house. I loved it!
